Off to WCC in Sandy, Utah

Well, Im off to see and teach at the World Championship Dutch oven Cook off in Sandy Utah! I'll get to meet many old friends and make more new friends! I'll also have the opportunity to finalize a deal with cookin' DVO Enterprises to have the cook books electronically published and used with the Cookin program and recipe organizer. I'll also meet toni the writer of dutchovenmadness.blogspot.com and others. see you all there and I'll be back here next week to tell you all how it went
